Yep, now I know why these contests are called 'challenges'. Evaluating these things is tough. 'Our Energy Future' had me scratching my head, reviewing & re-reviewing the submissions because a) the 5 questions that each team was supposed to address were complex, and b) confusion about how to report the numbers made it pretty well impossible to compare team data results. If you think this sounds like I am offering a caveat for my judging this week, you are right! Still (never mind my whining about tough judging challenges) the submissions this week were even excellenter than last. IMO *all* teams showed improvement. Seriously. So.... here goes. I am going to start with my top choice, fill in the numbers etc., & work my way down the list.
